Bad dream

Well sir, I love dreams. They give us a little glimpse into our hopes and fears and mixed with the flotsam and jetsam floating in our minds (and my mind is particularly rich in flotsam), interpreting them provides endless hours of amusement. But sometimes they leave you at a loss, like last nights’ dreamed run-in with celebrity bad-girl Lindsay Lohan. I dreamed I was back in college and had been out partying when I ran into Lindsay, who was with a girl I knew from high school named Janet. Lindsay was obviously not a good influence on Janet, who was a decent sort in high school, but had turned mean. She was dressed in a jean jacket and some kind of strange head wrap, and did whatever Lindsay told her. The two of them followed me home, yelling and ridiculing me, then forced their way into my apartment. They kept grabbing my furnishings and jewelry, and I was grabbing them back, and trying to push Lindsay and Janet out the door. They finally backed off when I told Janet that if she didn’t quit, I would make sure her mom heard about this incident, and Lindsay’s too (although Lindsay Loans’ mom would probably just give her a cookie if she heard Lindsay was out assaulting people). I grabbed my last pieces of broken jewelry out of their hands, slammed the door and breathed a sigh of relief, but then I realized there was a hole in door about the size of a quarter, and they were looking through the hole and poking a long wire through it. The last thing I remember is grabbing the wire and pulling it into the apartment, but it seemed to go on and on with no end. I am left wondering what this could possibly mean, if anyone would care to take a stab at interpreting it, go ahead.
