My Eyeballs Hurt

Yesterday at work we had a community day at work which was basically a big cookout out on the parking lot where we served hot dogs and brats and stuff -- was standing at 2 huge grills for about 2 hours out in the sun with smoke blowing in my face, and by the end my eyeballs were watering quite a bit. Was lots of fun though and working is still going great.

This was 2 days after working behind the grill at a National Night Out even at another part of town where we served about 200 hot dogs to residents coming 'round. Needless to say I'm not anxious to see another brat or hot dog anytime soon.

There was also a stick juggler guy at Nat'l Night Out which has resulted in Mirs getting hooked on stick juggling. So she juggles her sticks outside in the evening while Kris does Tai Chi in the driveway. Kris does Tai Chi in the driveway because Mirs has commandeered much of the downstairs living space for her new fort.
