OK well like a lot of folks I've been preoccupied listening to and reading the financial news. Is this just nuts or what? Just 2 weeks after the president went on TV to say the End is Nigh, now the IMF chief warns of imminent global financial meltdown as well. Well that would be just my luck. Save pennies for 20 years and then BAM the world comes to an end. Great, just great.
Kris and Mira are both taking art classes now and having a good time of it. Between the 3 tanks we're up to about 42 fish now. Last week we picked up a clown pleco for the 10-gallon tank and he brought 3 tiny hitch-hikers with him -- little baby fish of some sort, we suspect guppies but they're too small to tell for sure. It was several hours before we saw them at all, they were sooooo tiny. But they're eating and have grown quite a bit in one week.
