By now you've noticed the post from a few days ago is gone, I wasn't intending to leave it up for long. Such rants can be somewhat 'risky'.

The ol' treadmill that Kris has used daily the last 10 years finally gave up the ghost this week and today we went treadmill shopping for its replacement. They were on clearance at the sporting goods store, I guess people don't buy a lot of treadmills in spring. :-) Fortunately my neighbor Randy came out to help when I brought the thing home in the car, because the beast weighs about a thousand pounds and even with both of us we practically killed ourselves just getting it into the house. We also got a very small trampoline-thing on sale which Mirs is having a lot of fun with.

Kris had her final presentation on Saturday so she's relieved to be done with class. Gonna be another high-pressure week at work for me with a bunch of meetings and conference calls and the bank regulators coming in about a week. Gonna be stressed out by Friday I'm sure.
