So this week Mira came home and said "Can I take band? Can I take band? Can I take band?". She's chosen her instrument, the flute. Our little girl is growing up. She's been working hard today (first day) just trying to get the positioning right to get a good tone out of it. I remember how tough it was starting out with a new instrument at first. It's like anything else, it just takes time.Below is Mira's latest completed project from her art class. Fully inked and water-colored, a little mouse scene that she came up with herself. Go cheese!
